i need a break
I need to run.
running helps in de-stressing.
running helps in not thinking of absolute anything for that 1 hour.
running has been my routine for the past few days.
this is not the first time,
but this time round,
dieting has never been so determined and firm.
not because of
that reason,
and because i want it to be.
